  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Big Nose Kate Co. passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any delivery issues, such as damaged packaging or lost items, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of the purchase date and with prior approval, subject to the exclusions and conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy at https://www.bignosekateco.com/refund-policy. Discounted items are final sale.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving an item damaged during shipping. A damaged one-of-a-kind item is eligible for a refund; replaceable items may be replaced or repaired instead, as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges and store credit require prior approval and are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, including packaging requirements and the condition of returned items.
