At Big Nose Kate Co., we strive to ensure every customer is thrilled with their purchase. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully:

 

 

Exchanges and Store Credit
 

All purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of the purchase date and with prior approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

All returns for exchange must be shipped in a sturdy box to prevent damage.

Items returned with insufficient packaging that are damaged in transit may not qualify for exchange or credit.

 

Cancellations
 

Requests to cancel an order must be made within 30 minutes of purchase.

After this time, the order will be processed according to the exchange policy above.

 

Our Commitment to Happy Customers

 

We are happy to send additional photographs and even offer FaceTime shopping appointments so you can examine your selections closely before completing your purchase.

Old Pawn and Vintage Items
 

Old Pawn and other vintage pieces are sold in "as-is" condition.

Please expect natural signs of age and wear typical of vintage merchandise.

 

Damaged Items During Shipping
 

If your one-of-a-kind item is damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.

For replaceable items, we are happy to replace or repair the item instead of issuing a refund.

 

Final Sale Items
 

Items sold at discounted prices are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
